Sorry to have been inactive over the summer, we took our dancing shoes overseas and discovered some new talent out there, which we will share in due time. But for now, stay tuned because winter is here and there are many exciting things coming up.
First off - District 36 is open - at last! They claim house music has a new home, but we shall see. Resident DJs Taimur & Fahad of BLKMarket Membership never disappoint, and Taimur is the musical director and we believe in him. About 10 days ago Richie was in town and we didn't miss it, we hope you didn't either. Gaiser ruled the dancefloor before Richie took stage - or rather tables. We are big fans of Richie and Gaiser, check out a little playlist we made:

The extraordinary was the music, but so was the crowd that was pulsating at 3am on a Monday morning at Highline Ballroom. Oh how we've missed New York...
Before reaching November, we listened many other noteworthy beats, some of them include Phillip Jung, Memek, Prince Language, Slow Hands. Unfortunately we missed Timo Maas, did you go? Thursday, Dec 2 - Verboten presents Off-Key with Memek (minimoo) and Cem&RG (sleep is commercial) at the Counting Room in Williamsburg
Friday, Dec 3 - BLKMarket & D36 presents Magda and Marc Houle at District 36 (on W36 between 5th and 6th Ave)
Saturday, Dec 4 - this is the big night, we're celebrating Fahad's birthday at Santos Party House with none other than some his (and our) favorite djs. We will be dancing to Isolee and DJ Koze, and we can't be any more excited!
